We grow with our tasks and look for you as: Teamleiter „User Help Desk“ für die Netzwerk der Bundes (m/w/d) The User Help Desk (UHD) is responsible for the largest public service network in the Federal Republic of Germany. It acts as a single point of contact (SPOC) within the framework of the 1st level support for technical-operational disruptions, problems, maintenance and service requests for the user houses of the federal institutions. The User Help Desk works closely with the ALDB network monitoring.

You take the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team. You are responsible for personnel deployment planning as well as work and work process planning. You are responsible for personnel development including annual employee development talks. You are the first contact person(s) for your staff and department management. You represent and support other team leaders in operational tasks. You bring your expertise into projects, such as service and network developments. You plan and optimize the UHD processes.

Complete university studies or technical vocational training with a focus on information technology or computer science, electrical engineering (message technology) and well-founded experience in one of these areas Experience in the management of staff Experience in managing an operating team Ideally knowledge of IT infrastructure topics such as network operation, security infrastructure and project management Communication strength, flexibility, team and solution-oriented work Outside of the regular working time (Mo-Fr) willingness to participate in the team leader's readiness Very good German knowledge
