HR Analytics: You analyze data, create reports and dashboards and develop KPIs to support strategic decisions. Interface Controlling: The maintenance of RTD and budget lists, the close coordination with the controlling team and the guarantee of transparent processes are your responsibility. Salary Bands & Job evaluation: Compensation models are built by you, Salary Bands established and the job evaluation area accompanied by you. Variable compensation models & audits: You support the development, optimization and analysis of variable compensation models and prepare HR data for audits. Generalist HR tasks: In addition, you take responsibility in employee support, process optimization and general HR administration. Project work: Your input is important to us – you are introducing yourself into versatile HR projects and supporting their successful implementation. You work in a team of five people and report directly to our VP People.

You have at least 2–3 years of professional experience in HR Analytics, Controlling or a comparable role as well as a degree in business management, human resources management, controlling or a similar area. In the past, you have gained experience in the development, analysis and optimization of variable compensation models as well as in the work with Salary Bands and Audits. Your understanding of RTD and budget planning as well as their monitoring will help you in cooperation with our controlling and financial team. With tools like Excel (including VBA and Pivot), HRIS systems and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) you have already worked successfully. You are characterized by a structured, detailed way of working and a pronounced analytical ability. Your fluent language skills in German and English enable smooth cooperation at international level.
