As a (Senior) Solution Engineer (m/w/d), you develop scalable integration solutions around our platform together with customers, sales and product team. You combine technical know-how with consulting skills – in an agile environment with plenty of space for self-responsibility.

Technical contact:in for our customers and partners: You are the first point of contact for all technical questions concerning the use, introduction and integration of our platform Bridge between Sales, Product and IT: Together, their scalable solutions develop individual customer requirements and ensure You are implemented with fulfillmenttools Technical consulting: You advise our customers on the system architecture and integration of external systems (e.g. ERP, OMS, PIM) into our platform – focusing on performance, scalability and future security The stage is yours: You carry out technical workshops, product demos and training independently – and make our partners fit for work with our solution. Technical know-how and consulting: You have several years of experience in software development, system integration or technical advice E-commerce knowledge: Ideally, you can experience e-commerce, especially in the retail sector, API expertise: You are routined in handling REST and GraphQL APIs and understand how to integrate interfaces efficiently and securely Programming skills: You have profound knowledge in at least one programming language, such as Java, TypeScript or C#, and can quickly incorporate you into new technologies. Cloud experience: You feel safe in cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and know yourself with distributed systems and microservices. Hands-on mentality and quality claim: You think solution-oriented, work pragmatically and never lose sight of technical performance. Problem solver:in with Ownership: You will find sustainable solutions – also for complex challenges – and take responsibility for your decisions.
