For our services, we are looking for you as a Springer (m/w/d) customer advice for personal customer contact in full or part-time (from 23h/week) and initially limited until 31.12.2026.

Depending on the proximity of the place of residence and the desire, your firm headquarters will be one of our locations in Würzburg, Aschaffenburg, Coburg, Ansbach, Nuremberg, Ingolstadt, Regensburg, Weiden or Deggendorf. In addition, you act flexibly as a holiday and disease representation and support in other services as required.

Your diverse tasks

• Whether personal, telephone or e-mail: You are individually involved in all insured requests and, with your communicative nature, provide you with all kinds of good care.
• Critical customer queries see you as a welcome challenge. Here you can score with an optimal problem solution.
• Your first-class service enables you to continuously build customer relationships.
• Sales-oriented customer talks are the salt in the soup for you. They support sales in customer recovery as well as repurchase and participate in regional promotions and inventory customer campaigns.
• With your commitment, you will make a valuable contribution to achieving our inventory targets in your region.

• They have relevant professional experience and independent working methods.
• A good advice is a matter of heart for you. You will ideally also have knowledge of the statutory health insurance market in your luggage.

• They have a class B driver's license to drive mobile and flexible to the places of use as required.
