In our Agricultural Solutions Berlin unit, you take responsibility for building strong, trusted partnerships with stakeholders within Agricultural Solutions and other BASF units. You will be part of a dedicated team focusing on global material master files – SAP MM and global reference data. You take the disciplinary leadership of a team and set goals together with the professional leadership, tune capacity and communicate the progress of the team clearly and transparently. In addition, you regularly give constructive feedback, support team collaboration and create a positive working environment to increase the success of AP initiatives. You continuously improve business processes, documentation and strategies in change management in cooperation with global stakeholders. You make sure that the reference data match the higher-level data architecture and data strategy of Agricultural Solutions. In addition, you support projects and promote digitization, for example by developing a new platform for master data management (ADAM). As part of the leadership team, you actively participate in the strategic development of the department.
