Expert HR, Focus on Learning & Development Part-time (m/f/d)

As an L&D expert, you are part of the Learning & Development department.

You are responsible for the topics AI and digital competence

Your role includes the conceptual, operational and strategic capability as well as further development of the organization in the areas of AI and digital skills.

You support department management in strategic and operational issues.

You advise the organization on training and skills approaches around AI and digital topics and design and organize further education and training.

A key component of your role is networking and close cooperation with company-wide stakeholders: You work with AI-relevant units

You co-operate with your HR colleg:inside on workday-relevant topics.

If necessary, you will participate in cross-departmental projects to support the HR strategy.

Successfully completed studies, ideally focusing on business, psychology, adult education or communication, or a comparable qualification.

Three years of professional experience in the learning and development environment, in particular in the conceptual design and implementation of strategic learning paths.

Excellent interest and well-founded know-how in the topics AI and digital competence.

Experience and interest in dealing with Workday, ideally in the L&D context (Workday Talent and Learning).

Self-employed, proactive, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation.

Embossed team orientation and the ability to act safely in a dynamic environment.

Very good communication skills as well as the ability to convey complex content in an address-oriented and convincing manner.

Safe handling of MS Office applications and common collaboration tools.
