Regulatory Manager (m/w/d) Efficiency Comparison and Quality Element

For our regulation department at the Helmstedt site (hybrid work) we are looking for a regulation manager with the focus on efficiency comparison and quality. You are responsible for preparing and implementing the application procedure for the efficiency comparison according to the incentive regulation (ARegV) and for the quality element according to ARegV. You are constantly developing your area of responsibility and using possibilities for digitization and automation. You are responsible for defining the general sectoral productivity factor. You analyze the mathematical benchmarking models used in the procedures and conduct optimization measures. Data retention of regulatory structural parameters is also your responsibility. You develop position papers to adjust the framework conditions in the field of your professional competence. Your expert knowledge is introduced into working groups of the E.ON and the specialist associations, from which special tasks that can be defined in terms of time arise with special responsibility.

You have a strong interest in the energy transition and the design of legal, regulatory and energy-economic frameworks. You have a successfully completed degree in relevant disciplines such as economic engineering, energy or electrical engineering, economic mathematics and comparable study programmes. Ideally, you already have professional stations in the energy industry. You have first knowledge in (energy) economic simulations and corresponding programs (in particular MS Excel) and the ability to develop this knowledge in a playful way. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1). You're a team player that leverages its full potential in collaboration and communication with people. You enjoy structuring, preparing and developing promising solutions with a high degree of self-initiative.
