This guarantees training and further training at the highest level. We are looking for a Personnel Officer (m/w/d) with responsibility for our Rendsburg and Eckernförde locations. Create contract management: you create self-employed contracts and standardized works council hearings. Staff advice: You advise and support employees in administrative personnel issues. Important documents control: You check and release certificates and create personal letters. Configuring wage processes: You undertake preparatory activities for payroll accounting and work closely with payroll accounting. HR team: You support staff representatives in all areas of responsibility.

You have a completed (commercial) training, ideally as a tax specialist, office clerk or industrial clerk. At best, you have been able to gain experience in the staff area as well as in the hospital area. A structured and independent operation and a pronounced service orientation are of course for you. You are safe in handling common MS Office applications and ideally you have first experience with SAP and/or Atoss. You always deal responsibly with their tasks and sensitive data.
