Head of the City Cleaning Department at the Building Management Office (m/f/d)

At the construction works office, at the earliest possible time, the position is as

in full time.

The area of responsibility includes:

• Head of the Department of Urban Cleaning with Human Resources and Development, Application Management and Budget Responsibility
• Organisation and coordination of urban cleaning including operational and cleaning planning, waste management and material procurement
• Ensure occupational safety by implementing and documentation of instruction in cooperation with the specialist for occupational safety
• Organisation and coordination of other tasks and orders of the department (e.g., graphite removal, transports, fund management, oil trace removal, mowing, machine and device management)
• Responsibility for operation and entertainment of urban public fountains and water games
• Acquisition of the function as a service-based master (contact partner for blue light organisations for operations outside the regular working hours, winter service)

We expect:

• Completion as a technician (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d) in the building industry, automotive technology, gardening and landscape construction or other areas of the site
• first leadership experiences
• Class B driving licence
• willingness to take flexible tasks outside regular working hours and on weekends as well as take on call-ready services
• solution-oriented, independent and careful operation
• Responsibility, teamability and reliability
• sound computer skills
