Architectural draftsman (m/w/d) in home office or hybrid model

Our client is a well-known medium-sized company specializing in the production of high-quality prefabricated concrete parts. The company is part of a larger group of companies operating nationally and internationally.

In a dynamic team with currently ten designers (m/w/d), we are looking for you as a reinforcement – with technical mind, organizational talent and the eye for quality.

In this role you are more than just technical designers – with your plans you will present the cycle for production and construction. Their designs transform ideas into tangible components, provide structure in the process and bring projects on course.

[FSH/129857] Implementation of architectural and static specifications in precise CAD drawings Planning and design of individual precast concrete parts (ceilings, walls, possibly special components) Creation and maintenance of shell and reinforcement plans according to current standards Elementation of the components – from the overall plan to the finished part Coordination of plan distribution and technical exchange with project management and production

(m/w/d), ideally with precast concrete experience Safe handling of CAD software (STRAKON knowledge desirable, but no need) High technical understanding and a structured, solution-oriented approach Joy of project-related teamwork with internal and external interfaces readiness to work on site – connected with home office flexibility afterwards
