Senior Project Engineer - Cleanroom Technology (m/f/d)

As Senior Projektingenieur (m/w/d) in the field of clean room technology, you will be responsible for: Creating CQV documents (mounting final inspection, commissioning, risk analyses, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) for clean room technology (internal clean room construction, indoor air systems). Conducting and coordinating CQV activities (assembly final testing, commissioning, risk analyses, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) for clean room technology (purchasing interior construction, indoor air systems). Creating and evaluating deviation reports for the clean room technology (pure room interior construction, space-air systems). Evaluate and coordinate CAPA measures in clean room technology (clean-room interior construction, room air systems). Coordinate and accompany the implementation phases for the conversion or the construction of space-air systems and clean-room interior construction as well as the execution of clean-room measurements and constructions Pool measuring and testing means for performing clean-room measurements. The special: You accompany clean-room systems not only in terms of planning, but also experience their implementation in practice – from realization to commissioning to successful qualification.

Ideally you bring: a completed master's degree in the field of engineering, process engineering or a comparable discipline At least two years of industry-specific professional experience in clean room and ventilation technology A holistic understanding of technically complex relationships Knowledge of clean room requirements in the pharmaceutical industry Experience in handling EU-GMP, DIN ISO 14644 and VDI 2083 Knowledge of the qualification of clean-room and air-conditioning systems Ability to combine technical requirements with customer-specific specifications Secure, precise and understandable formulation of technical facts Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation High level of reliability and sense of responsibility very good knowledge of German and English, willingness to project-related travel as well as a driving licence of class B.
