Calculator – Construction / Project Costing (m/f/d)

Create calculations as well as alternative and special suggestions. Support in the creation and presentation of offers to the customer, as well as support for contract negotiations and, if necessary, Revision of offers. Subsequent scaling as well as collection, testing and evaluation of post-contractor offers incl. Budget definition (work calculation). Creation and maintenance of price and performance databases and support in technical and economic optimization.

Successfully completed training or studies in the field of construction, architecture, economic engineering or a comparable subject. A clear plus: experience in costing or building cost management. Analytical thinking, structured working and a pronounced cost awareness. Communication strength, team skills and fun in new challenges.
