The DIAKOVERE Annastift Leben und Lern gGmbH is looking for a social education accompaniment BvEK (w/m/d) in vocational preparation for the vocational training work at the next possible time.

The position must be fixed in full time and until 31.08.2028.

Implementation of social education training courses (communication, self-security, workplace rules, digital topics, nutrition, topical topics, etc.) Social pedagogical support in occupational groups – tandem times Further development of key labour-related, social and life-structural qualifications Implementation of competence training Implementation of Profile AC (Assessment) Application management for participants (application documents, application trainings) Crisis intervention, detection of causes and intervention in the event of imminent abortions Support for participants in dealing with their own disability Documentation / ICF based funding planning (admissions and absences, document storage, progress documentation, profile creation, short-term detection, day documentation) Participation in rehabilitation conferences, case discussions / collegial case consultation Coordination of the funding requirements of the participants in the training and rehabilitation team Event planning and implementation (operational hospitals, sustainability day, graduation, arrival weeks, etc.) Mobility training
