DZ BANK advises and supervises companies of all sizes from a wide range of industries in all financial sectors – in direct business and in joint business with the Raiffeisenbanken Volksbanken. We provide risk relief and special expertise for the Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken, so that smaller cooperative institutions can also accompany emerging customers. As part of our team in the field of corporate customer business North and East, exciting projects and responsible tasks await you, such as the support of the new customer acquisition and the direct participation of entrepreneurs. You will get to know the different financing requirements of our customers from different industries and support us in cross-departmental teams in developing specific product solutions. By working actively in the credit process, you learn to sharpen your risk assessment. Here we are also moving the issue of sustainability in the assessment of different business models in terms of their sustainability. Your participation in the daily operating business completes the training. We are open to your ideas and give you the opportunity to develop and advance your own solutions for the corporate customer business during the trainee program. In your 18-month trainee program with an individual schedule, you will be working in various units of the company customer business North and East. The location of your activities is Leipzig. You also have the possibility to hospitate in various interface units and other locations in Germany.

You have a successfully completed master's degree in full-time (summary 2.5 or better), preferably in the fields of economics or finance. You bring well-founded bank business knowledge and ideally practice experience (e.g. through bank training, internship). With your responsible and dedicated personality, you are looking for a high customer orientation. Your analytical way of thinking allows you to deal with stress situations well. With your high persuasiveness and negotiation skills, you are inspiring others for your ideas. You can safely represent your opinion to customers and team members. Your knowledge and experience will help you find yourself in the day-to-day business. Experiences and newly learned knowledge can be found. You can communicate in German (min. C1) in writing as well as oral.

Perspective: You start with an indefinite contract and a salary of EUR 68,000 during and EUR 74,000 after the trainee program.
