For the infrastructure of the Information Technology division, we are looking for

IT Infrastructure Technician (m/w/d)* Processing of faults and service requests in the 2nd level support as well as direct user support in the office and production environment Independent analysis, diagnosis and sustainable management of complex technical problems Support for production-related IT systems including hardware-to-door processes, installations and functional checks on site Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows systems as well as managing user accounts, group policies and configuring local interfaces including the required drivers Support for software distribution and system management Implementation of device rollouts, hardware upgrades and migrations Support in implementing measures to remedy identified vulnerabilities (e.g. patch management, configuration adjustments, system hardening). Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, how-to-guides and knowledge databases as well as documentation of assets and processes according to ITIL standards

Successfully completed vocational training in the field of information technology or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in IT support, ideally in the industrial environment with production-related IT activities Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune and Windows operating systems Experience with IT documentation, asset management and ITIL processes Basic understanding of network technologies (LAN/WLAN, IP, DNS) and IT security concepts as well as knowledge in Ivanti EPM and ISM Experience with industrial IT systems (e.g. manufacturing terminals, machine PCs) desirable Willingness to work in the industrial environment High service orientation, as well as independent and reliable operation Good German and English language skills in word and writing
