Accounts receivable accountant (approx. 20 hours per week) (m/f/d)

Implementation of the MIS Daily Cash Report and daily accounting of bank account extracts settlement and booking of the debitor accounts in compliance with the legal regulations and the associated dunning Collection, processing and monitoring of credit statements Cash management (Euro and foreign exchange) and travel cost accounting Determination, control and instructions of commission payments Monthly review and adjustment of foreign exchange rates Support activities in the implementation of monthly accounts, including sales tax pre-registration, ZM notification (external economic report), statistics report Regular correspondence with foreign subsidiaries including quarterly voting of receivables and liabilities Preparation of the annual financial statements and participation in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements Representation of creditor accounting in relation to the processing of invoices, invoice checks and the settlement of the timely payment transactions

Successfully completed commercial training with several years of professional experience in the field of finance and accounting Very good business knowledge Self-employed and structured work Analytical skills and high number affinity Good English knowledge of word and writing First experiences in handling ERP software The position is also suitable for experienced professionals (m w d) retired, who want to continue their expertise and experience.
