As a balance sheet holder (m/w/d), you will significantly shape the financial foundation of our company. In addition to ensuring precise group reporting, you actively support further growth in Germany through transparent, efficient and scalable financial structures.

Creation of monthly group reporting and provision of meaningful financial indicators (KPIs) Accounting according to local and international accounting regulations Responsibility for cash management Participation in budget and forecast processes in close coordination with management Implementation of factory and cost controlling for the active control of financial performance Creation of sales tax forecasts and other statistical reports Central interface function for internal and external stakeholders, in particular auditors, corporate finance, as well as supervision of intra-group interconnections (contracts, voting, payments) Continuous optimization and digitization of financial processes

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience (at least 3 years) in a comparable position in the financial sector Knowledge of HGB and IFRS accounting Experience in handling reporting tools (e.g. HFM) and ERP systems Structured, independent and proactive mode of operation – also under time pressure Hands-on mentality combined with analytical strength Embossed communication and team skills Good knowledge of German and English as well as interest in IT and digitalization topics
