Number: MER0003WJJJ As an intern in the Bachelor's or Master's degree programme, you will be a valuable team member for strategic and organizational projects at the top management level in the R&D - MB.OS (Mercedes-Benz Operating System). Specifically, together with the Office of Vice President MBUX & Base Layer Software, you are preparing strategic decisions for top management, supporting the organisational development and operational day-to-day business of the area. You work in a small team with highly motivated colleagues as well as with various experts from technical development. Your mentor and team leader will support you from the start to improve your soft skills and further strengthen your skills in developing strategic concepts and creating top management presentations. You get exciting insights into one of the most successful mobility companies in the world. The variety and breadth of the projects offer you the opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge of the technical development and in particular the in-car software development at Mercedes-Benz AG as well as their working methods. Your tasks Supporting the team around the Vice President MBUX & Base Layer Software and thus direct cooperation in the development of recommendations for action for decision-makers at Mercedes-Benz AG

With the help of designing and implementing strategic and organisational projects

Analysis of markets, technologies and organisations as well as derivation of corresponding fields of action

Operational day-to-day business support (pre- and post-processing of dates of Vice President MBUX & Base Layer Software, processing of information, communication work)

Organisation/support of workshops and cross-departmental events and interviews with internal/external experts

The activity can begin from March 2026.

Bachelor's or Master's degree (at least in the fourth semester) with a commercial, technical or scientific focus

Excellent academic achievements

First practical experience, e.g. through an internship at a prestigious strategy consulting or in business planning/strategy

German and English skills

Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Outstanding team skills and commitment and flexibility
