The company specialises in developing sustainable and creative campaigns for its customers that increase their brand awareness and drive sales. In order to strengthen the team and to support large-scale projects, we are looking for an experienced project manager: with the focus of Sales Promotion & Brand Activation.

Location: Düsseldorf / Raum Krefeld

Responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing sales and marketing campaigns for well-known customers Head of interdisciplinary project teams and coordination of various stakeholders (internal and external) Development and implementation of strategies for brand activation and increase brand awareness Identification of optimization potentials in existing processes and campaigns, as well as implementation of innovative solutions, e.g. by using AI Monitoring project budgets, schedules and KPIs to ensure the success of the projects Building and leadership of a project team with the aim of being an inspiring leader Promoting positive and team-oriented work culture

Complete studies, for example, in business management with a focus on marketing & communication or event management or also commercial training with relevant professional experience Multiannual experience in project management, of which min. 2 years in leadership, preferably in a marketing or event agency or in the management of sales and marketing campaigns as well as interdisciplinary teams Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience in handling project management tools (e.g. Asana, Jira, Trello) Structured and strategic operation: You have deadlines, budgets and KPIs at any time Hands-on-Mentality: You actively pack and find pragmatic solutions Communication strength: You understand motivating teams and inspiring customers Empathic team player: They promote a positive working culture and a close cooperation in the team Readiness and openness for new things: they are open to new technologies and agile working methods High readiness
