Actively shape and plead our communication channels, from the lively community care to the conception and creation of convincing newsletters to the writing of captivating posts with which we inspire our target groups. You bring your creativity and technology affinity by supporting us in creating and editing future-oriented content. In particular, you use innovative AI tools like Synthesia to realize video content and drive our communication strategy further. You are responsible for the maintenance and updating of our central knowledge database and ensure that information is always up-to-date and easily accessible. Your sense of appealing graphic design and excellent graphical skills make complex content understandable and convincing, while you design and create high-quality and visually impressive documents for the Executive Board and C-Level. In addition, you actively participate in the design, organization and moderation of interactive workshops, webinars and trainings to convey knowledge and promote the exchange of participants.

Education: Studies in the field of communication, marketing, media sciences or comparable to advanced studies Experiences and know-how: detectable and relevant experience in corporate communication, ideally with a strong focus on change, community management and social media; practical experience in content creation with applications such as Synthesia; handling documentation and knowledge management systems; sound knowledge in graphic design (especially high-level PowerPoint); experience in the preparation of documents and in the workshop design; safe in handling MS Office (teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Personality and working: you are a communication talent characterized by a hand-on mentality and an affinity for AI, your approach is characterized by proactivity, structure and self-responsibility; you think and get active Enthusiasm: for AI tools; Interest in digital technologies Languages: reliable German and very good English
