Projektmanager (m/w/d)

This is what awaits you with us: Close cooperation with the Director of F&B, Assistant Director of F&B, F&B Staff Controller, and the Heads of Division Implementation of complex events & conferences for up to 3000 people Responsibility for achieving the goals in customer and customer satisfaction in the outlets Support in the preparation of the annual budget for the relevant departments Compilation of the monthly forecast and responsibility for the cost management of the helpers Creation of organisational structures and processes to increase quality and efficiency Acquisition of own projects in consultation with the Director of F&B / Assistant F&B Director Regular targeted marketing activities Optimisation of cooperation between R&B outlets also with a focus on appropriate communication Data management/analysis from different systems to set targets for the Heads of Division Mentoring and coaching of colleagues

What we wish: Several years of experience with leadership responsibility, preferably in hotels with a large MICE area Excellent leadership skills, safe, self-confident appearance even in stress situations strong understanding of numbers and knowledge about budget and forecast creation, business plan creation and profit and loss analysis Excellent communication skills with employees, customers and business partners, in German and English, in word and writing Flexible and resilient personality
