People Partner / Talent and Culture Manager (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for various topics along the employee journey – from the first encounter with applicants to the long-term development and binding of our employees.

Your focus is: Recruiting: You control and accompany our recruiting processes from job alerts to successful occupation and continuously develop our recruiting strategy. Employer Branding: You develop our employer brand and make sure that we are visible as an attractive employer – both internally and externally. Onboarding: You develop our onboarding processes and ensure a good start with us. Training & promotion of young people You accompany our trainees throughout their entire training period, are an appeal for concerns and develop our training and junior work together with the specialist areas. Personal Development & Learning: You develop appropriate learning and development opportunities and help employees and managers to identify and develop potentials. Management consultancy: You are competent/savings partners:in the case of personal and interpersonal topics for our managers. Culture & Engagement: You introduce ideas on how we can actively shape cooperation, corporate culture and employee involvement. Communication: You develop our internal HR communication and make HR topics understandable, visible and tangible. In short, you are shaping the entire employee journey with us.

You already have several years of practical experience in recruiting and know modern recruiting methods and channels. Employer Branding is more than a beautiful career portal for you – you know how to develop an employer brand and wear it authentically. You have a good feeling for people, communication and different target groups. You can adjust to different interviews – from the applicant to the employee to the executive. You are delighted to accompany, promote and inspire young people for our company. Ideally, you already have experience in the care of trainees or junior staff. You work independently, structured and pragmatic, are not afraid to take things in their own hands and are open to further topics in the HR sector. You are happy to design HR topics, try new ideas and advance changes. Studying or training with a focus on personnel, HR, economic psychology, communication or a comparable qualification and experience with the personal software P&I Loga 3 are advantageous.
