Customers can send seamless, secure and transparent orders to suppliers via FutureLog and process the following product acceptance as well as inventory and invoices in the system.

Supplier Relationship Management: You actively contribute to the maintenance and further development of our strategically important supplier relationships and support the optimization of the processes. Integration of new suppliers: You plan and support the seamless integration of new suppliers on our platform by identifying and implementing the appropriate interfaces and transmission options. Efficient management of existing supplier relationships: You ensure that cooperation with existing suppliers is smooth and efficient, and help solve problems or bottlenecks. Interface between purchasing and supplier: You act as a central communication bridge between the purchasing departments of our customers and the suppliers in order to best match their requirements and solutions. Regular exchange with customers and suppliers: You conduct regular talks with suppliers and customers to maintain, expand, and initiate possible improvements. Contact person for technical questions: You are available as a competent contact person for technical queries and offer proactive support to solve technical challenges quickly and efficiently. Project work in the team: In addition to the day-to-day business, you coordinate different projects and contribute significantly to their successful implementation through your initiative and expertise. Control & Creation of KPIs:You support the optimization of operational processes by targeting, KPIs and the use of technology to continuously improve the processes of the Supplier Relationship team. Cross-departmental cooperation: You work closely with internal teams, including customer success management, IT, product development and sales, to ensure smooth supplier integration.

Expertise: You have experience in shopping for hotels or for a supplier in the hotel industry and understand the needs and challenges of this industry. You are familiar with SaaS or e-procurement solutions, you know very well with Jira and MS Office and work routined with electronic ordering and shipping documents. Terms such as EDI ORDERS, EDI DESADV, EDI INVOICE and EDI PRICAT belong to your daily vocabulary. Team coordination: You have already coordinated cross-functional teams – ideally in the area of supplier relationship management in a SaaS or e-procurement environment – and keeps in mind the overview and objectives. Project Management: You bring strong project management skills and have already accompanied complex onboarding processes for suppliers – best with industry knowledge in the hotel environment. Communication capability: You communicate clearly, professionally and empathically – whether with suppliers or internal stakeholders. You succeed in building and working together sustainable relationships. language skills: knowledge of German and English; Other languages are advantageous.
