You work closely with colleagues and executives, accompany new employees at the start and keep the staff running. Completed commercial training with additional personal qualifications or comparable qualifications First to multi-year professional experience in human resources, ideally in a manufacturing company Good knowledge of labour, social security and wage tax law Careful, structured working and joy in working with people Organisational skills, team spirit and a high degree of reliability
