(Senior) Consultant Financial Services Prozessmanagement, Internes Kontrollsystem & Revision (w/m/d)

In your role as (Senior) Consultant (w/m/d) in the field of process management, internal control system & revision, you expect a diverse range of tasks. You will advise internal audits of financial institutions and support them in their audits. Alternatively, you support our team in advising our FS customers in the further development and digitization of their internal control system, process management and instruction, including the processes of financial and sustainability reporting.

Then you can introduce yourself here: You accompany consulting and auditing orders with national and international mandates and clients:in the financial sector. The transfer and further development of sustainability reporting to existing requirements of the internal control system is one of your tasks. In addition, you support audit certificates according to ISAE 3000, ISAE 3402 and other assurance services and advises on accounting and accounting, including annual and consolidated financial statements according to HGB and IFRS. You're opting for internal auditing processes and working with co-sourcing/full sourcing as well as quality assessments. The development and positioning of solutions for the digitization of internal control systems (“Digitized ICS”) is also part of your tasks. You take part (part) project management, efficiently execute projects and continuously build your network.

You have completed a degree in economics, economic informatics or economic engineering or have successfully completed a similar qualification, e.g. with industry focus. You have first practical experience and show interest in the areas of process consulting, internal controls, internal audit and/or in one of our focus sectors credit institutions, insurance companies, asset management companies and real estate companies. Your great strengths include your structured way of thinking, your affinity to numbers and digital trends. In addition, you have first knowledge of relevant topics and regulatory requirements (e.g. MaRisk, MaGo) as well as very good communication and presentation skills in German and English. A strong readiness to travel to meet the challenges of the future with your colleagues completes your profile.
