Team Leader Maintenance (m/f/d)

The emphasis of the role lies in the responsibility for a maintenance team within one shift. Together with this, the preventive maintenance and maintenance of the technical and technical equipment and the compliance of all safety regulations and guidelines will be ensured. A high degree of initiative and the necessary technical know-how ensure high availability of all systems and their continuous improvement.- Ensure the highest possible availability of all technical systems and systems.

• Coaching and support of an interdisciplinary team of maintenance technicians through guidance and support in achieving their goals.
• Development of training plans for service technicians.
• Planning and implementation of personnel discussions including individual objectives & their evaluation.
• Preliminary behaviour in the field of occupational safety and responsibility for compliance with all safety directives on the ground.
• Support in the development of our logistics center through cooperation with technical projects that contribute to the further expansion of existing and new plants.
• Understanding the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and performance indicators of the systems.
• support for foreign companies and the management of related orders.
• Support for continuous improvements of all systems and systems.
• Inspiration Others and their own team, co-packing and continuous advance of the best possible solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Complete technical vocational training recognised by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) or Chamber of Commerce (HWK) or proof of a successfully completed university degree in the field of engineering (engineering / electrical engineering or art related) of a German university or recognized foreign university degrees (BA, B. Sc., MA, M. Sc., Dipl.-Ing.)
• In addition, a completed qualification as industrial master, craftsman or state-certified technician or multi-year relevant professional experience
• Practical experience in leading teams
• Experience in the automation and maintenance of conveyor systems
• Advanced German language skills in word and writing and basic language skills in English PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in the care of foreign companies
• Understanding PLC-based control systems and legal compliance requirements
• Experience in the use of computer-controlled maintenance management systems to plan and record proactive maintenance measures
• Degree of study, preferably in a technical field or in business

Layer pattern: This role includes work in shift patterns that can include nights and weekends. An unlimited contract directly with Amazon.
