We are looking for a project coordinator (m/w/d) for our location Friedrichshafen You're looking for You accompany completely exciting customer projects for demanding assemblies from initiation to delivery

As a project coordinator, you keep an overview of your projects and are the central contact person for customers, internal areas and suppliers

You process all project-relevant processes and tune roles and resources in the project

Create and edit schedules across all phases, conduct regular progress talks with the project team, determine the project progress, identify critical activities, verify the planned dates and keep them after

You control risk, change and deviation management and obtain necessary special releases

You identify shopping needs and research suitable partners and suppliers together with purchasing

The project controlling is coordinated by you, concurrent costings of project costs are closely monitored and, if necessary, reported early receivables

We wish You have completed your studies in the field of (economic) engineering, technical project management or a comparable qualification

We presuppose established professional experience in coordinating complex technical projects as well as the safe application of relevant project management methods (e.g. MS Project)

Experience in aerospace, defense or other regulated industries is beneficial

You also keep a cool head and prioritize tasks in a targeted and efficient manner in the case of tight deadline bars and parallel project phases.

As a central interface, you can easily moderate between customers, suppliers and internal departments; and actively request results

You have a quick understanding, develop proactive solution scenarios and are not a pure “write table manager” but seek direct contact with the specialist areas and convince themselves on site of actual progress

Negotiating German and English skills are essential due to the international orientation of our projects and customers

A security check (at least T2) may be required for this position under the Security Audit Act (SÜG). The willingness to do so is assumed. The activity is based on personal secret protection, i.e. you have access to classified information (VS) of the classification VS Confidential or higher.
