Reference number: 409933 As a project manager in the technical building equipment, you will find a versatile field of work in which you will contribute technical expertise, organizational skills and economic thinking alike and will significantly influence the technical quality of our services. Your duties Projecting maintenance and maintenance of technical building equipment (TGA) Developing refurbishment or modernization measures for energy optimisation on ventilation and air conditioning systems Processing and Calculating Maintenance Offerings Expand the necessary components Coordinating material deliveries, subcontractors and external service providers Commercial documentation of your projects in SAP Responsibility for project accounting, reporting and project controlling Technical support of your service technicians Your site is located at Leipzig. From here you will support your projects in the Leipzig/Halle region. There is a proportional way to Remote Work. Masters or technicians in the field of heating, climate technology or utility engineering Comprehensive knowledge of technical building equipment (TGA) and building control technology (GLT) Project experience in the maintenance of technical building equipment SAP and MS Office Knowledge (Excel) Structured working and organizational talent Customer and solution orientation as well as a healthy portion of pragmatism
