Teamlead Outbound (m/f/d)

You are responsible for a team with about 45 employees and lead 3 shift leaders and individual employees directly You ensure the time, quality and productivity-oriented handling of all shipping and ordering processes and are responsible for the efficient use of modern warehouse technology You continue the introduction of Shopfloor management and are actively working on its further development You systematically analyze process deviations and disturbances and derive sustainable improvement measures or implement them You support day-to-day operations as needed and take over a visible role model function on the area You design and optimize storage and shipping processes taking into account lean principles, work safety and cost-effectiveness

You have several years of professional and operational leadership experience You have a training as an industrial master or specialist (m/w/d). You possess strong skills in leadership, motivation and further development of employees as well as managers of the first level Shopfloor management is enshrined in your working understanding and not just a necessary appointment a day You bring experience in the analysis, optimization and standardization of logistical processes with – PDCA, 5-why or comparable approaches are common terms for you You have good knowledge of modern warehouse management systems as well as a pronounced understanding of logistic data and key figures. You are characterized by a hand-on mentality, high readiness to change, analytical thinking and a solution-oriented working method Good knowledge of English helps you in cross-disciplinary communication
