IT Infrastructure Manager (m/f/d)

Group-wide IT infrastructure Responsibility for the entire IT infrastructure of the Mühldorfer Group at locations in Germany, Austria and Spain (M365, Server, Network, Devices, Security, DRC) Building and operating an AI-enabled infrastructure as a technological basis for our digitalisation roadmap Hardware and software lifecycle management – centrally controlled, remote and on-site IT Security & Cyber Resilience Ensuring cyber resilience of all group companies and regular auditing Definition, Implementation and Development of Group-wide IT Security Standards (Identity, Endpoint, Backup, Recovery) Construction of a resilient emergency and restart concept Control & Interfaces Controlling external IT service providers (MSPs) and building internal competence – from procurement to operational operation Coordination of our key users at individual locations as a central point of contact Close cooperation with management, departments and external stakeholders on common roadmaps Scaling & Integration Technical integration of new locations and acquisitions (“plug-and-play” onboarding) as part of our buy, build and technolologize strategy

Professional qualifications At least 8 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, including 3+ years in a leadership, architecture or senior role Funded knowledge of M365 administration (Entra ID, Intune, Defender) and modern IT security concepts Experience in building and operating multi-site environments – ideally across locations and borders ITIL certification or comparable process understanding of advantage Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English – Spanish is a plus Personal competencies Hands-on mentality paired with strategic vision – you think in architectures and deliver at the same time in the daily business Sovereign appearance vis-à-vis management, departments and external partners Structured, independent operation and pronounced solution orientation readiness to visit our locations in Germany and also internationally
