You advise and support our employees and external service providers competently in all questions about access You are responsible for the administration of access profiles and thus ensure smooth and secure access management As part of our ticket system, you reliably process all incoming requests (tickets) and guarantee a high quality of service You accompany and support the implementation of various access-relevant projects – from conception to planning to successful implementation Management of our corporate IDs is your responsibility You work daily with our internal IT systems and contribute to data management Administrative and supportive service activities complete your versatile task profile

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, like from the bank or IT environment You bring at least 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position with Your self-sponsored and solution-oriented way of working. You use your analytical thinking skills to quickly capture complex facts. You are always customer-oriented and with your commitment to high service quality in our access management You have a strong communication capability and keep an overview even in dynamic phases thanks to your loadability You have well-founded PC skills and show an affinity for IT systems. Ideally, you have already gained experience in handling database systems Your profile is rounded off by very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing
