You process, across the media, assigned business transactions of customers and distributors In high call times, support customer telephony by processing incoming calls In particular, the processing of complex business incidents in the above-mentioned main focus is on your task. You are responsible for retrieval promises, as part of the service level, for the active clarification of customer and sales partner requests You participate in measures to increase value added in customer service and optionally take on special tasks You have the opportunity to get to know another division

You have a degree as a merchant for insurance and finance and ideally multiannual experience in customer service You have a high level of expertise in the field of property insurance in terms of conditions, clauses, laws and legal opinions You are reliable, work targeted, engaged, careful and can convince as competent response partners You have a high level of customer orientation, sense of responsibility and team spirit
