You take over the ongoing SAP assignment of the HR department in all HCM change orders, support packages and error messages You work with the S/4HANA preparation, migration and integration projects (e.g. HCM connection, follow-up processes, interfaces) You are responsible for fault testing, consulting, customizing and performing audits and develop and implement the technical processes in the SAP environment of our HR department You carry out requirements and impact analyses and create sustainable solutions. You are inspiring for the continuous automation and optimization of processes, advise and train your colleagues in the HR department competently and coordinate all SAP-assisted personnel processes
Completion of Higher Education Computer Science, Business and Administration or equivalent expertise, skills and experience Knowledge of the organization, data processing and personnel Funded SAP system knowledge, in particular for the HCM modules PA, PY, PT, OM and Travel Management Experience in the implementation of the SAP-HCM settlement accounting, including follow-up activities, is desirable Good knowledge of English Experiences within the HCM transformation from SAP ECC to S/4HANA Knowledge of the organisation and structure of public administrations
