Service Advisor Mechanics (m/f/d)

● You take vehicles together with the customers in the direct acceptance, document the state of the vehicle with digital tools, determine the customer's wishes and, on this basis, complete repair orders and Cost proposals. ● You coordinate and track workshop orders and appointments, keep the customer informed about the repair stand and market additional service and repair services as required. ● You control the quality of the work done, initialize and explain the invoices, transfer the vehicles to the customers and document their satisfaction for long-term customer loyalty.

● You have well-founded professional experience in the car house, ideally in service consulting, and a training to the tested service consultant is desirable. ● You have good knowledge of service, guarantee and mobility services and ideally well-founded product knowledge of the Renault and Dacia brands. ● You convince by customer-oriented action, professional handling, negotiation skills and organizational talent and are ready to work in different branches of the pool depending on your location.
