Senior Consultant VIM AMS (m/f/d)

DISCLOSURE Responsibility: As a Senior Consultant Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) in Application Management Service (AMS), you take responsibility for the stable operation of complex VIM solutions in the SAP environment. 2nd and 3rd level expert: You process complex incidents, problems and changes in the 2nd and 3rd levels of support for VIM (OpenText) and thus secure a performant, compliant and smooth system operation. Detailed error analysis: With detailed analyses, you identify causes in VIM workflows as well as in integration with SAP MM and FI and ensure a sustainable remedy for disturbances. Customizing & further development: You implement corrections, adjustments and minor developments in VIM-Customizing as well as in adjacent SAP components and drive the continuous optimization of the solution. Interface to support teams: In close cooperation with 1st level support, SAP base, IC4SAP and OpenText support, you can ensure efficient ticket processing and a high level of service. Quality & Standardization: You can participate in tests, documentation, standardization and continuous improvement of our AMS services and actively contribute your expertise to our best practices.

SAP AMS Experience: You bring several years of experience in SAP Application Management Service and have ideally placed your focus on Vendor Invoice Management (OpenText). Process know-how P2P: In addition, you have very good knowledge of the accounting processes in the SAP environment, in particular in the purchase-to-pay context with focus on SAP MM and FI. VIM technical expertise: In addition, you are characterized by a sound technical understanding of VIM, underlying workflows and customization as well as integration in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA systems. Incident handling: In complex system landscapes, you can bring your proven experience into 2nd and 3rd level support, including structured error analysis and sustainable problem solution. Close to the customer: When dealing with specialist areas, IT teams and customers, you will be sure to show up and convince by a pronounced service orientation.
