Project Responsibility: Technical responsibility for the planning, tendering, awarding, construction monitoring and acceptance of machinery and electrical equipment Controlling: Controlling the timing, cost and quality control as well as ensuring an economical and timely project execution Coordination: Coordination and control of external planners (w/m/d), specialist planners (w/m/d) and service providers (w/m/d) including testing and acceptance of their planning results Communication: Organisation, management and documentation of meetings and preparation of reports, documentation and decision templates Financial management: Participation in financial planning and preparation and coordination of applications for approval and financing Contracts and awards: preparation of tender documents, lists of services and services, as well as the award of planning and construction services, including auditing and clearance Systems and Compliance: Application of relevant computer systems and databases and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and regulations (e.g. VOB, VOL, HOAI, AHO, DIN/EN)

Completed studies (Diplom, Bachelor/Master of Science or Engineering) in electrical engineering or Mechatronics with an electrotechnical focus or alternatively state-tested techniciansr / technicianin (w/m/d) with corresponding practical experience Multiannual experience in new planning, construction management/construction monitoring and maintenance of electrical installations (e.g. elevators, escalators, low voltage/medium voltage, lighting, e-mobility charging technology) as well as practice in plant refurbishment Knowledge gained in HOAI, VOB and VOL as well as relevant standards and regulations for the planning, execution and rehabilitation of electrical installations Willingness to acquire the 10‐kV switching authorization and to order as a qualified person for system testing Secure handling of MS‐Office applications and basic CAD skills Self-sufficiency, organizational capacity and analytically conceptual thinking Safe appearance and good written expressiveness Class B driving licence
