Landscape/environmental planner with a focus on ecological construction supervision (m/f/d)

The position is in our Department of Environmental Planning, which currently consists of 30 employees.

Ecological building accompaniment is exactly your topic? You advise and accompany our large-scale projects from the planning phase, through the execution to the post-control of the implementation of ecological and environmentally sound measures. A good written expressiveness is your strength? Take advantage of these when creating environmental impact assessments (UVS), landscape-career accompanying plans (LBP) and species-protection expert contributions (ASB) . No day like the other one: You make terrains and document art reserves and protected biotopes. At the desk, you create the above-mentioned expert opinions and act as a link between project management, nature conservation authorities and other project participants. Flora and fauna know you well? Use their knowledge from biological mappings or from the corresponding data evaluations and take into account them in the preparation of the above expert opinions. You are responsible for licensing procedures, agree with clients and authorities and present the results at public meetings.

Successfully completed studies in landscape planning/ecology, environmental planning, landscape use, landscape architecture, environmental sciences, applied biology, nature conservation/environmental sciences, bio-geosciences or comparable Professional experience (approximately 1-3 years) in the ecological building management and environmental management as well as legal knowledge in the areas of planning, environment, nature and species protection Required certificate for environmental management (e.g. Nuremberg School, Umweltinstitut Offenbach) Technical understanding and first knowledge in GIS Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as text security required when writing expert opinions, good English knowledge desirable Team player instead of single fighters Strong communication and enforcement Driving class B What we are looking forward to: If you burn for your job, no matter what ethnic origin, religion or worldview you belong to.
