You secure the economic personnel deployment planning within your responsibility You guide your care team professionally and cooperatively Thanks to your empathy, you will recognize your employees' needs and implement them individually and according to needs You are responsible for ensuring the entire care and care process and our quality standards You take the professional advice of our patients and their relatives about the type and scope of the necessary care Recording and occupancy management of the supervised housing communities in your region Coordination of cooperation with doctors, therapists and other partners You are in contact and permanently build your network in the region

You have an education as a examinated nurse / examinated nurse (m/w/d) or examinated nurse (m/w/d) In addition, you have a successfully completed further education for the care service or completed studies in the field of care management You have a further education on the care expert for extraclinical intensive care (m/w/d) or are willing to complete this professionally You have a multiannual professional experience, especially in the care of patients with intensive care and vaccination (at least two years) You also have experiences in outpatient care You love your profession, are an organizational talent we just like to work with people Your leadership style is cooperative and motivating
