Real Estate Sales Employee (m/f/d)

In coordination with the sales management, you are responsible for the distribution of new construction measures. Calculation of sales prices in line with the technical and commercial department Participation in the creation of declarations of division Observing notary appointments You accompany the entire consultation and sales process from initial contact to non-arial consultation and process all requests and concerns of buyers. In coordination with the sales management, you will commission and coordinate the cooperation with external sales partners. You develop marketing strategies together in the team and implement them independently. You participate in events such as real estate fairs and continue to expand your network. You function as an internal interface between the various departments, such as financing, technology and housing.

You have completed training in the real estate sector or a comparable qualification. You bring relevant professional experience – ideally in real estate sales. Dealing with digital marketing platforms is familiar to you and is part of your everyday work. Their work is characterised by self-employment, target orientation and a high degree of self-initiative. You communicate safely, responsively and convincingly – both in writing and oral. A strong understanding of the service and a professional appearance towards customers and business partners are yours.
