• You are a real all-round talent that takes over both administrative and organizational tasks and acts as a central interface for service managers:inside and customers.
• The creation of presentations, evaluations and Navision assignments as well as the planning of appointments and meetings are part of your varied everyday life.
• As a contact person for the postal mobile shipment with end customers, you always keep an overview and ensure smooth operations.
• Care is obvious to you: You monitor workflows, track processes and make sure that all information is collected in time.
• In addition, you can reliably support us in shopping cart management and asset management.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Completed commercial training or an economic study (e.g. BWL or comparable)
• Ideally 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Secure handling of MS Office and modern IT
• Organizational talent with enforcement capability, high team orientation and reliability
