General organisational and administrative activities Contact for internal and external contacts Procurement for doctors, companies and personnel investigations Create and edit individual profiles, statistics and comparative calculations

Preferably, the successful completion of a commercial training e.g. Kauffrau/mann for office management / Medical/specialist employees Multiannual professional experience in the commercial sector Handling MS-Office Organizational talent as well as strong communication and team skills Social competence and a friendly appearance moreover a high degree of care, loyalty and discretion
