Customer Service Technician - Electrical Installation / Smart Home (m/f/d)

You take over the independent planning of your daily routine, organize your material needs independently and provide a clean, norm-oriented way of working. You carry out service and disruption operations in private and commercial customers: from troubleshooting in power failures to repair of office equipment. You work on modern systems such as Smart Home (Busch-Jäger Free@Home/KNX), video surveillance and network technology in housing construction. You carry out repairs on electrical installations and install smaller parts of the plant and equipment in kitchens and bathrooms. You are in direct customer contact, advise them professionally and communicate transparently about the upcoming work. You carry out testing and maintenance work on RWA systems, safety lighting and general electrical systems according to VDE requirements (D+H / RWA). You're on your way to the district of Miltenberg and Aschaffenburg.

You have a completed training as an electronics engineer for energy and building technology, information engineer. You bring multi-year professional experience as a installer or supermonitor in electric craft, ideally focusing on customer service or service. You control the classical electrical installation in residential buildings as well as systematic troubleshooting and troubleshooting (lighting, speech systems, household circuits). You have basic knowledge of network technology (router, switch, IP technology) and are interested in modern systems such as Smart Home (e.g. Busch-Jaeger Free@Home, KNX) and video surveillance. You work independently, structured and quality consciously, organize your everyday work (tours, material, documentation) safely and owns a class B driving licence. You will certainly communicate in German, meet customer-oriented and fit humanly into a grounded, humorous and collegial team. Ideally, you already have experience with RWA systems, safety lighting, or plant testing – if not, you are ready to train for this.
