As an ERP Specialist (m/w/d) in the field of industry/production, you are responsible for the optimization and management of ERP systems. You work closely with different departments to make business processes more efficient and implement technical solutions. Description

1. ERP transformation General responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of ERP system implementation in close coordination with management, IT, project team and external partners Ensuring compliance with timetables, budget specifications and quality standards Conception and creation of technical and system documentation, process descriptions and functional specifications Control of change management including support, training and support for users during the implementation phase Two. ERP Care & Development Function as a key user and central contact for the ERP system according to the Go level Ensuring ongoing operation and continuous optimization and further development of the system Analysis of existing business processes and identification of potential improvements Creation, evaluation and interpretation of reports and key figures Coordination and communication between departments, IT and external service providers

Profile Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics or training in the IT sector (e.g. specialist informatics, IT system electronics) or a comparable qualification found experience in handling ERP systems; Knowledge of EPICOR, Power BI and project management are advantageous Embossed understanding of integrated business processes and complex IT system landscapes High team orientation and excellent communication skills Analytical way of thinking combined with an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
