Materials tester (m/w/d)

We are looking for our customers... We are looking for a qualified and committed material examiner (m/w/d), ideally with a technician conclusion (m/w/d), for our production facility in Mülheim an der Ruhr.

In this position, you take responsibility for carrying out destructive testing methods on metallic materials used in the components of gas and steam turbines. - implementation of tensile and notched impact tests - working with servohydraulic test machines - implementation of cyclic fatigue tests (LCF) - evaluation and documentation of the test results according to applicable standards and customer specifications - close cooperation with the quality assurance team to ensure highest quality standards - active cooperation in the continuous improvement of test processes - support in fault analyses and preparation of test instructions

(m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification. - Qualifications in the destructive testing of metallic material - Practical experience in the destructive testing of metallic materials. - English knowledge of communication in an international environment. - Safe handling of common computer systems for documentation and evaluation of test results.
