Description As a Front Office Supervisor (m/w/d), you will welcome our guests from the very first moment with your sense of humans and your presence. In agreement with the Front Office Manager, you will lead your team with empathy and clarity and create a motivating working environment. Your claim: a smooth run at the front office – from the arrival to the check-out – and a professional performance that sustainably enthuses guests. In addition, your tasks include: Check-ins and check the reservations, overbooking and options Monitoring the cost and logistics revenue budget Ensuring quality standards and maintaining quality management system Creation of service and holiday plans Co-responsibility for the incorporation, motivation and leadership of the Team Front Office as well as the implementation of internal coaching and cross training of new employees at reception close cooperation with the reservation and sales departments as well as the front office manager
