Maximum 20 hours per week: 12 months / from now on Your tasks - varied & practical You work together with colleagues in the central complaint management on customer complaints and complaints. You work on special tasks from the fields of legal advice and complaint management. You research legal issues, check sources and support legal advice organizationally. You bring that with - professional & human You study law, economic law or something comparable. First experiences with bank-related aspects or financial topics are of advantage. You are fit in common office applications (especially Word and Excel), working digitally and are ready to work in bank-specific technical applications.
