Senior Spezialist Payroll (m/f/d)

Your duties include the independent implementation and guarantee of the billing of charges for associated companies, sectors and operating pensioners, taking into account statutory, collective and operational requirements. Furthermore, you are responsible for the time economy for complex care areas and ensure the correct care and processing of billing-relevant data in the HR systems. In addition, staff management, executives, employees and HR colleagues advise you on tax, social insurance, labour and collective bargaining issues and act as contact persons for external bodies and authorities. In addition, you will work on complex personnel billing topics, in particular occupational pensions, part-time, corporate cars, Pfändungen, as well as cross-border employment relationships and abroad delivery. You have a completed, at least 3 years of commercial training and ideally a further training to the human resources specialist, businessman or a comparable HR-specific qualification.
