We are one of the largest German helpers for people with disabilities and for those in need of care. However, we do not only fulfil social and healthy tasks, but are also committed to culture, education, home and the environment as a carrier of museums, schools and specialist consultancy. The district of Oberbayern is financed through the Upper Bavarian counties and district-free cities. You include the elected members of the District Day, which as a political body organizes the tasks of the district.

You contribute to the implementation of the Inclusion / UN Convention on the Law of the United Nations. In this context, you will, for example, carry out the monitoring of the action plan and participate in it. In addition, You also work at the offices of the Inclusion Officers and the Inclusion Advisory Council of the Oberbayern district. You implement a diversity concept for the district administration and the local institutions and continue to write it. You are responsible for the organisation and award of the inclusion price of the Oberbayern district and for the further development of the underlying concept. You organise events within the framework of the German Diversity Day and conduct them.

You have a successful conclusion: in the third level of qualifications – the administrative and financial discipline – or of course II (BL II) or a Higher Education Programme (Diplom [FH] / Bachelor) in one of the following areas: Sociology, Psychology or a comparable scientific study.

You bring together experiences in the field of inclusion and diversity and are aware of the current discourse. You have experience in designing and implementing projects and/or institutions in the field of inclusion and diversity. Presenting, moderating and networking is easy for you. You have good German characteristics and a very good expression in word and writing (at least C1 level). Their work is independent, creative and result-oriented.
