You ensure the cross-departmental efficiency of the digital processes and organization, optimize them and develop them forward-looking. As part of our digitalization strategy, you use and maximize the technical and technical potential of the interfaces between core CMS and add-on systems. You coordinate projects that aim to optimize, redesign and document digital core processes and structures. To continuously optimize the process, organize and independently conduct analysis and evaluation reviews to process and validate end-to-end processes. You are in partnership with the specialist departments in the integration, application and monitoring of existing and new system processes. By using and maintaining automated tracking and analysis tools, you ensure a high data and processing quality. You control the interface and transfer management between IT foundation projects and modern IT product developments.

You have successfully completed a degree in economics or a comparable professional qualification. You have several years of experience with digital input channels as well as CMS, CRM and Form Builder software and know how to use these tools to increase process and organization efficiency. In addition to analytical thinking and entrepreneurial action, you are characterized by strength of persuasion, enforcing and negotiating skills. A strong consulting competence and consistent customer orientation are of course for you.
