Senior System Engineer (gn) Intune & SCCM Specialist

full time, unlimited, federally located in one of our sites or in the Homeoffice

The task area

Your challenges and responsibilities:

With particular emphasis on providing client operation / modern desktop, you will be

• You are responsible for design, testing, installation, operation and further development of the SCCM (MS Configuration Manager or Endpoint Configuration Manager) for managing client devices in one or more of our large-scale customer projects.

• You coordinate the distribution of workplace applications & updates by means of SCCM/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (and in the future Intune), ensure high quality and actively contributes your experience to particularly complex projects.

• For complex disorders, you support the specialist team with your knowledge and often fix it in cooperation with the manufacturer within the company.

• You will also work on incidents and problems according to ITIL.

• As part of the customer projects, you plan and implement changes to ITIL.

• You document operating information.

• cohesion and exchange are raised with us! You work closely with the specialist team and colleagues from other service areas.

• We keep developing. That's why you test innovations in Endpoint Management & Windows Client.

Knowledge and skills

You have several years of experience and seniority in the operation of the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and the deployment of Workplace applications:

Your background includes:

• Foundation knowledge in the operation of IT landscapes at large customers

• Found experience with Windows 10/11

• Experience with Intune

• Finds experience in Active Directory incl. guidelines (intune) GPO handling (SCCM)

• experience in the field of application packeting

• Experience in scripting in Powershell/Automation

• Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence are beneficial.

• Methodological, analytical and communicative skills

• High readiness for training and self-initiative

• Knowledge of German in Word and Writing (B2 level) and knowledge of English

• willingness to work on retrieval or outside regular working hours (partially remunerated)
